Chris returned to Croft Park early in season 2005/06 after spending an unsatisfactory start to the season with Sunderland Nissan. Chris was another player signed from Seaham during season 05/06 and will be remembered for the fact that his trips to Croft Park that year were made from Aldershot where he was stationed in the Army. Was voted player of the season for 2006/07 by the Spartans website readers
